The department supports only SSH, SCP and SFTP for connecting to our servers. These applications are included in Mac OS X and can be found from the Terminal.
If you prefer to transfer your files using a GUI application there is Fugu. It adds a friendly interface to SFTP which integrates nicely with the Finder.
